Q.

hello.. doctor my one month n 12 days old baby is not pooping properly.. she poops 5- 6 days once .. that too forcibly we keep ear bud using soap in anal area.. is it normal or what?

A. Yes it is absolutely normal and it can happen to both breast-fed and formula fed babies where they will not pass motion even up to 7 to 10 days. If you still want to investigate further you can rule out hypothyroidism and that might also cause constipationWrite Your Answer Here

A. Ya It is completely normal for a child not to do potty for certain days every time do not use any trick to make your child pass motion if it is even for 7 to 10 days then also it is considered completely normal if you have much of an issue relating to this you should get a check with your paediatrician ones
