Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.
Try giving your baby variety of food with different taste, colour and texture. Sit down with your plate when you are feeding your kid, it will encourage her to see that you are also eating the same food. Try to make the baby eat while playing. Limit the intake of milk
