Hello doctor My lo having fever from last week first 4 days was prescribed by azithromycin and paracetamol drops then again fever didn’t subside so given ofloxin oral suspension along with hydroxine syrup and Mefanamic paracetamol syrup since had rashes all over body .. now after two days rashes had been reduced but mild fever s tere … going for blood test is good one

A. yes it's good to go with laboratory Investigation to know the actual reason, Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. Fever followed by a rash is common in children. The most common cause is a viral illness called Roseola. What is Roseola? It is a viral illness which commonly affects children between 6 months of age and 3 years (although it can affect children both younger and older).
