Q.

Yesterday my daughter has fever and after giving drops by doctor prescription. today she has no fever. then my question is should I give paracetamol and other medicines to her?

A. if antibiotics are their, then continue it. give paracetamol if temperature exeed by 100 F. The child should also be encouraged to drink fluids to replace those lost through sweating.
