Hello doctor, my lmp is 7nov 2020 but sonography m fetal pole seen aarha h but no cardiac activity,doctor mujhe abort karne bol rhi hai... sonography m non viable pregnancy likha aarha hai...mera 2bar missed abortion already hochuja hai...isbar m bachha chahti hu..kya wait karne pr heartbeat aajayegi?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. We cannot guarantee that if you wait the fetal heart might show up. The fetal heart should be visible as early as six weeks of pregnancy. If it is not visible even after that then most likely it is a Missed abortion.Write Your Answer Here

Nihita mittalMom of 3 children4 years agoA. good afternoon unfortunately there is no heartbeat then even if you wait for it will not come back you would follow the doctor's advice in this case it would be better for you also to abort the child and take all necessary precautions
