Hello doctor, My kid with 3th old has rashes at neck and other close areas.Can you please check the attachment below and let us know the reason and any if consultation is needed.

Are you sure it is a rash because she is not looking like a rash it could be some kind of an allergy I would just advise you you kindly visit your doctor for clarity on the situation so that you can treat accordingly and currently you can apply calamine lotion
