Hello doctor My kid swallowed a old Rs.5 coin...what should I do?

Thank you for your reply sir Actually we took x-ray the coin below the lungs and coin in between the large intestine and small intestine....my baby is active normally We consulted doctor....he said it will come through motion in 2-3 days.....but it’s now 1 week gone...coin didn’t come outside..so we tensed about that...now what should we do?
