Hello doctor my kid is suffering from dandruff... tried alo vera but not working .. any suggestions please...

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3.6 years old and she is having a dandruff’s in her scalp so apply aloe juice at night and coconut oil massage before bath and head and shoulders shampoo twice a week
