hello doctor my kid is eating idli with milk it is ok for him . 1year 9m old he is eating daily idli breakfast it is ok idli with milk. but he like to eat like that plz tell me

A. Dear mum, don’t give idli with milk every day. You should give a more nutritious combination like idli with dal or vegetable sambar. You can give all family foods the way you prepare at your house.
