hello doctor, my kid is 6 years old girl.. we moved to germany one month back.. from the time we moved my kid as little hairfall.. what might be the cause and what precautions should I take for her to reduce.. please advice.. also advice some shampoo for her which I migh get here in germany

You should definitely give iron supplement to the child and you also need to check that you have moved from one country to another country every thing for the child has changed from water to atmosphere to environment every thing so that is going to show you some side-effects and you can go ahead with using Sebamed products if you want I think they’re internationally available
