If you don’t have any other issue than this would be normal heart rate on the higher side is definitely not good but if you are maintaining this kind of heart rate in usual also then it is a matter of concern then you should get a check with your doctor otherwise sometimes when you run or suddenly get tired or something the heart it can go up but in general if it is like this with you then you need to see your doctor
