What she should do practice Gali she should go ahead with consulting her Gynecologist because the further things can only be advised by her doctor also you can tell your friend that through out the pregnancy if whatever issues she is going Ruchi should always cross check with her treating doctor

avoid oily and spicy foods
keep yourself well hydrated
take a diet chart from nutritionist for healthy pregnancy
