hello ,doctor my friend is 3 months pregnant she is having a 2 year old baby so can she continue breastfeeding her 2 year old as she is worried

No she has to quit breastfeeding it is not suggested to feed the older one when you are pregnant with the second issue also two years is the right age to quit if she’ll she’ll find it very difficult to manage it later so she should actually start getting over breastfeeding which I slowly
