Hello Doctor My daughter was born with six fingers in both hands and toes as well. What type of polydactyly is this. Is surgery needed for this. What can be done doctor please suggest.

A. But honestly it is not creating any problem to the child why do you need to get the surgery done it is not going to make the difference if your child has one finger extra hands and legs it is completely fine it is the make of the body so if it is not creating a problem I would not suggest surgery
