Q.

Hello doctor ... My daughter started with some allergy like rashes in her body..... When I consulted doctor I was told it is Urticaria .... So please let me know how is it treated as she is still getting rashes

A. give her bath twice a day with mild hot water..apply aloe vera gel / lotion over the affected areas..don't allow her to scratch the place where it is infected..Doctor can prescribe anti allergy medicine as well

A. Avoid exposing the kid to extreme temperatures or temperature fluctuations. Please consult with your doctor for proper diagnosis so that appropriate medication can be started at the right time.

A. Wash the affected area to remove the allergens present. A cold bath with a sprinkle of baking soda can help soothe the skin. Applying a cold compress to the skin helps calm the itch. Make the child wear light cotton and comfortable clothes.
