hello doctor...my daughter sanvika 3 years old and she is suffering from 102 fever last two days..and with shivering and full of sweat .. and every month she has suffered from fever.. and what is reason.pls tell me

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamolhy which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap wagter can be benefigcial too to bring the temperature down .
