hello doctor ,my daughter is suffering with pimples on face and stomach since 3days onwards. Is this related to scarlet?

Coated white tongue
Strawberry-like color of the tongue
The characteristic red, sandpaper-like rash appears on the neck, forehead, cheeks, and chest, and may spread to the arms and back. The rash typically fades after 2 to 7 days, and the affected skin may peel afterward, especially on the hands, feet, and genitals.
