Hello doctor, my daughter is quite active and fit, but as the weather is changing kindly suggest which foods should we give for immunity.

A. Dry fruit powder is very very good for overall immunity and health of the child so give it with milk with a pinch of black pepper turmeric and saffron into that along with that also I’m going to advise you that you should avoid giving junk and food to the child
