Q.

hello doctor, my daughter is almost 9 years. when she was just 2.5 I noticed a gray hair.dermetologist gave her biotin iron and multivitamin. then after her mundan they were gone. but again after two years I saw 2-3 gray hairs. and now there are almost 6-7 hairs. What might be the cause of this and what should I do for it.

A. there are multiple causes of such type of hairs in children and many times it may be due to nutritional deficiency and sometimes it may due to the preservatives present in the food but it is very difficult to tell what is the main cause and many times it is advised to drink plenty of water and continue homemade food for the child because that only at the end will help in giving proper nutrition to hair
