Hello doctor... my daughter is 9 months 15 days old... and she is having bad cold and cough... she even can't sleep properly because of cough... plz guide what to do... or is there any home remedy??

A. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestants like sigunarest will help also give steam inhalation and hot saline gargles .
