Hello Doctor, my daughter is 7 years and 5 months old .since last 1 month she has hair fall and complains that her legs are paining specially during night and early mornings .pls advice what could be the reason and what needs to be done

please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
please give daily massage with bhringraj oil
