mam ,there is difference between to look lean and to have low weight gain.
so first ensure that your child weighs enough (4 to 6 kg ) or not.
if a child weighs low , you should feed food like boiled Mashed potato , sweet potato , rice , banana, avacado, apple etc to your child.
give gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil which will help to improve your child Health .
