Q.

Hello Doctor My daughter is 6 months old I have started giving her solids since 5th month. she is still not gaining weight .. she is very lean .. I have been giving her proper diet .

A. you can give her egg dal rice. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. hi mam ,there is difference between to look lean and to have low weight gain. so first ensure that your child weighs enough (4 to 6 kg ) or not. if a child weighs low , you should feed food like boiled Mashed potato , sweet potato , rice , banana, avacado, apple etc to your child. give gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil which will help to improve your child Health .
