Hello doctor, my daughter is 5yr 5m she is not going for poop daily what should I include in her diet She is having grey and white hair here and there what should I do

1.as far as your child is not showing any discomfort ,you need not to worry about your child motions frequency and it's texture.
just give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more.
keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving bakery food items.
2.for grey hair :
I would suggest to apply almond or sarso oil.
wash your child's hair with baby friendly shampoo like Babyhug shampoo .
