Author of questionFather of a 3 yr 1 m old child3 years agoA. thanks for the replies..., but, we tried all ur suggestions... and there is no environmental issues, we kept the room cleanly, maintain low light, without pin drop sounds, we sleep together... if she slept early in case she wake up early hours like 5am onwards... I don't no what to do...
Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time tdhe diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to ldook for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello avoid kid sleep during late night and also set a bed time routine and you make sure to turn off light and parents along child also goes to bed early and this way the sleep routine to make your child sleep early would be helpful and also safe for the kid
