Hello Doctor my daughter is 4months old and we wanted to start Bala Amrut and Bal kadhu. is it okay to start giving her?? we also wanted to give her hot fumes but our doctor said no. dnt know why. by when can we start doing all this.

A. No You shouldn’t be giving all these things to the child before the age of six months to 1 year it is actually not recommended according to the doctor that you should not be giving it before the age of one year and I do not know about hot fumes that you are talking about but for that also if your doctor has said no then it is a complete now only
