If your breast feeding your baby then continue to breastfeed at regular intervals and there is no need to give anything else apart from mother milk or formula milk to baby till he complete 6months of age as it is complete food that takes care of hydration as well as nutrition. After 6 month you can gradually start weaning with homemade easy to digest food items like rice porridge ragi porridge mashed fruits apple Puree, mashed banana chiku and other seasonal soft fruits. Apple can be just steamed a bit.
But whatever you are introducing should be introduced gradually with a small amount.
