Q.
hello doctor my daughter is 4 years old and she has stomach ache since tomorrow. she didn't pass stool yesterday I give her medication (lactulose 5ml 3 times) today she passed stool but the ache repeated in her chest or stomach. what should I do?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be ruled out. Common ctcauses are constipation gaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronijc infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
