A. Dear ma’am, yes she is slightly on the higher side. Need not put her on restrictive diet but make sure to add a cup of veggies to all 3 meals in any form. Give her adequate water. Keep her physically active. Avoid all packaged foods and drinks. Use sugar not more than 2 teaspoons per day.
