hello doctor my daughter is 4 years 1 month old her weight is 19.5 kg is it over weight?? Is there is any problem with overweight

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, yes she is slightly on the higher side. Need not put her on restrictive diet but make sure to add a cup of veggies to all 3 meals in any form. Give her adequate water. Keep her physically active. Avoid all packaged foods and drinks. Use sugar not more than 2 teaspoons per day.
