Q.
Hello doctor.my daughter is 4.5 months old.and from few days she started sleeping over her tummy.is there any problem in sleeping over tummy??

No Not at all a problem in fact you will be surprised to know that kids really love to sleep in that portion because that’s the most comfortable portion for them so if your child is comfortably sleeping without any hassle in that position that nothing can be better than that so let your child be in the same position not at all and issue
