If your child is constantly complaining about the situation then you should get it checked with an E and a doctor and most of the cases that could be due to irritation and ear wax but sometimes it could probably be due to some kind of an infection as well so once you get it checked with an ENT doctor you’ll come to know what is the exact reason and accordingly they can’t treat the issue that they figure out
