Hello doctor my daughter is 3 months 2 weeks old she is not gaining weight. She is 4 kg & reduces weight on some days. What should I do

frequently feed baby on demand
have frequent skin to skin contact,
at one time feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain
ensure that baby latches properly during breastfeeding.
