Hello doctor my daughter is 2year old she is healthy but her body is thin... I m worried about her which food to grow her fat? and she's also eat food in few contitie... plz give me answer...

A. Hi If you eat nonveg give egg to your child on an every day basis in breakfast because that is the best source of protein and in vegetarian you should at least try to give hundred grams of Paneer to your child on an every day basis these things are only going to be a lot helpful for you to increase the weight of your child
