Hello doctor My daughter is 22month old.From last one month she got fever 3times.when fever came I gave her combiflam and azithral200 medicine,then fever did not came but after 5-8days again she is getting fever and cold.From tomorrow again she has fever.Please suggest me what will I do and what is the reason of fever?

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you cdan also dgo cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
