hello doctor My daughter is 20 months old. Unlike earlier, she is secreting too much saliva. What could be the reason? what should I do? plz suggest πŸ™

A. Yes drooling is one of the sign of teething Teeth can errupt at any time from birth But most of the baby have their 1st teeth between 5-15 of age Teeth eruptions is a natural process No need to do anything for that Don't give any medication for that unless fever and exessive crying.
