Hello doctor...my daughter is 2 years old..and speaks all the words which we say to speak but she is unable to speak full words like i have to eat food..

Communicate more with your child. Keep telling stories and sing and play together. Encourage your child to express and respond. Give a teaspoon of honey in the mornings for better health and speech.
