A. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond twdo weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some times it cxan be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

A. The White patches onto the skin could be due to various reasons the most common reason is dryness second is deficiency of calcium and sometimes it could be skin related problem it is not associated with the clean that you are using because it normally provides hydration in the skin so best is to check with your doctor
