Hello doctor my daughter is 2.9 yrs age and for quite a few months she is facing issues in passing tools. she does 3-4 times little little and it's hard too. she drinks a lot of water still tools are very hard and she has to put on pressure to pass the tools.

A. hello . you can help her to avoid constipation by changing food habits. diet modification will be very helpful, offer her lots of fiber rich food, serve luke warm water to drink. allow her some physicsl activity outdoors to correct her digestion
