Hello doctor, My daughter is 1month and 5 days old and there are lot of red rashes on her face and chest, behind ears and neck and back and near her eyebrows there is yellow crusty dried tissue,plus on her scalp there are yellow dried crust too, I’m not understanding what is it please help..i have added a photo as well,I want to know exactly what is it
