Hello Doctor my daughter is 1 year old the fever is not getting down shall I continue with course given by dr or shall I visit dr again ?

A. it maye be any viral fever. Fever is when the temperature is more than 99 °f . Give paracetamol for fever of any and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination.
