hello doctor my daughter has some rashes in her body 1 an 2 will see yesterday nt today also fully spread I don't know what happens now

it looks like fungal Infection
so I advise to visit your pediatrician for once.
apply thin layer of Cetaphil lotion on it.
keep that area clean.
choose loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child.
