Hello Doctor! My daughter had a bang on her head.(back side of head). She slipped on the floor and she was eating at that time. She vomited 4 times till her stomach was empty within an hour and last time she vomited only water. She was feeling sleepy after vomiting. We are so much worried since she vomited after getting hit on her head and she was in shock for at least two hours. After that she was becoming normal and now she is fine. Is there any chance of bleeding inside brain possible? Thanks in advance.
