Hello doctor my daughter anvi is 8.7 yrs old and she tired very fast she is not a very energetic child.she tired very quickly .How I take care of her and one most important thing is that she doesn't drink milk .she hate milk what to do.

Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
Maintain hydration
Give calcium supplements vitamins supplements protein powder calcium
