Hello doctor my daughter age is 3 year 3 months she is having cold and cough now from 3 months she is getting cold and cough every month it's almost 10 days to recover and she is not eating properly so her weight is also less according to her age and height

you can go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger Honey combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child.
also you can give turmeric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently.
avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment
