Hello doctor My daughter age is 19 months. She had viral fever for 4 to 5 days. Now she has no fever but after fever she has puffiness of eyes from last 5 to 6days. She is doing urine in 5 to 6 times in a day in less amount. Am attaching the urine test report. Kindly help me with the suggestion. Is everything ok

A. Fever is a response of the bodyhd to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
