Q.

hello doctor my daughter 5year old has been diagnosed with itp 1 month back. at that time her platelets were 50000. now it's been 290000. but her lymphocytes comes always high i.e 51% and 57 % and nutophilis level always comes low. basically I wanted to know the reason why after improvement in platelets the lymphocytes and nutophilis do not come in ranges and how much time itp will take to resolve on its own?

A. Hello dear parent! Without proper physical examination it is not possible to understand the situation. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Clarify your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice. Good luck and take care
