A. Hi parent make sure baby is well hydrated. Give lots of homemade juices and soups etc. Give watery fruits like melons, and papaya, and cucumber. Give daily 1 or 2 tender coconut water. If it doesnt clear in 2 to 3 days, Check with your baby's pediatrician for any infection etc.
