A. hi it happens because of low intake of fluids so please keep your child well hydrated give liquids like coconut water, buttermilk, soup,lassi , nimbupani etc dress your child lightly keep your child in well vantileted room but if there is other symptoms like fever, irritability, Urine with fishy or foul smell etc then please visit your pediatrician
