hello doctor, my concern is my child is now 3 year old but he still not able to communicate very well.... he is very intelligent I m saying this because I teach him A to Z, color name, family relation name, hindi rhyme, English rhyme, numbers he completed his two books including January to December, Sunday to Saturday... he likes to read book but he don't want to talk with us..

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello mom if child is achieving all the milestones properly moreover he does not have any speaking problem also so there is nothing to worry about some children are introvert initially when he will go to school make friends civil be introduced to the new world you will able to see the changes
