Hello doctor my child is having fever cold and little cough from yesterday night the temperature is showing like99.1 with in 100, I am giving him CALPOL 250mg 5ml,piriton cs 3.5ml three times a day is this enough or do I need to go see a doctor

A. Are you giving the correct dose of paracetamol because your child is seven years old so I don’t think this medicine is proper I think it is less but you should check with your doctor by the time of 72 hours because if the fever is there for more than 72 hours and it is not a normal fever
