A 2 years old child should be given all the foods that are prepared in the house
give five meals this includes two healthy snacks
give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and also include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi egg dry fruits and dairy products well
